I just install DA (apache 2 / PHP5)
vm-Pop3d 1.1.7f-DA-2 stopped - can't login webmail
How to start it?

Did you install DA with the Dovecot option? If so then you don't want vm-pop3d running.

What webmail client are you trying to use?

Are you using the full email address to login?

I use Microsoft Outlook check e-mail, reply as:
Error report (0x8004210E)
ERR [IN-USE] internal login failure. Refer to server log for more information.


I use UebiMiau webmail, reply as:
Login Error
Login Error - You cannot Login with the Username and Password Entered.
Please check the Username and Password and try again.

I use SquirrelMail, reply as:
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

dovecot=0

is right?

Matters if you converted to dovecot or not yet.

/sbin/service vm-pop3d restart
