vm-Pop3d 1.1.7f-DA-2 ***stopped***

Hi,

I have recently moved from one DA server to another.

The old had v1.31, and the new server is running v1.32

In the System information bit on the new server it says:

vm-Pop3d 1.1.7f-DA-2 ***stopped***

However on the old server is says:

dovecot 1.0.3 running

Now I can get IMAP mail fine, haven't test POP3 yet, so I was wondering how do I change this bit above to "running"

Has your new server been converted to Dovecot/Maildir yet? If not, convert it.

Hi Jeff,

Yes Dovecot is installed, I have just checked. What is there to use other than Dovecot, I can't remember what the old one was..? Didn't it use .mbox..?

Edit /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/services.status and remove vm-pop3d line.
