VPS DNS Problem

OK, now it seems, that DNS zone is fine. But I still recommend you to organize a secondary DNS in other DC: use free or buy.

and i dont know how to fix this

BIND is an acronym for Berkeley Internet Name Daemon, otherwise known as named which stands for name daemon.
