Web-mail Errors - 111 CONNECTION REFUSED

Every time I try to use any of the webmail services from Directadmin like squirll mail and Webmail I get this error.
  • ERROR
    Error connecting to IMAP server: localhost.
    111 : Connection refused

I need somehelp and this error has been going on and on and on. I know that i'm using the right username and password.

I'm not the admin. I'm just a member. Is there anyway that I the member can do that?
 
Nope, you will need to contact your hosting provider and resolve the issue through them.
