Webalizer, access and error log files - optional (logs move to user quota)

I think
Webalizer and access and error log files especially has to be options because 50% (or more) don't use this
... and this is the reason why we need more HDD space for logs :(
And of course, logs must be including in user's quota!
User must decide if he wants or not to use logs (and space for logs)

There was time when we take part in creating one Control Panel
There was the next algorithm

====
DOMAIN

Choose domain ==selection area=== ==button GO==

====

ACCESS_LOGS (it has name "usage" in DA)

You can turn on/off Apache access logs (Be attention, logs need space for it) ==button==

LOG SIZE AND PERIOD

Max size (Mb) ==textbox== ==button== (log can not to be more than user quota, if you input 100Mb, but you free space now is only 30Mb, log will full only 30Mb and will stopped)

Max period (days) ==textbox== ==button== (log can not to be more than user quota, if you input 60 days, but you free space enough only for 15 days log will full and will stopped)

ROTATION PARAMETRS

Max size before rotation (Mb) ==textbox== ==button== (after this max size log will be compressed and only stored, you can download this if you need or delete)

Max space for stored logs (Mb) ==textbox== ==button== (after this limit old stored logs will be delete)
=====

Same for error_logs
====

May be something like this in DA?

And of course, logs must be including in user's quota and stored somewhere in /home/user/logs/

Sorry for bad translation
