Webalizer status not getting updated

Hello,

I am facing a problem with some of my domains. The webalizer status for the domains are not getting updated. This is applicable to the domains under a particular reseller only.

I have gone through almost all the posts in our forum and none them seems to fix my issue. The threads i have reffered is as given below.

i have checked the folder /home/user/domains/domain.com/ , and for some users the stats folder is missing from the folder mentioned above. And for the domains ,which have stats folder contains data on dec27,2007 and not getting updated.

Kindly help me to get out of this problem

while accessing the some webalizer stats for some domains, i am getting the error given below.

Details

You must wait for the stats to be computed. This will only happen *after* logs exist (domain must resolve and be used).

Info for Admins: Downloading a new webalizer binary

Downloading the binary was not helpful in solving the issue.

Please help me to get out this problem.
