Webalizer stopped updating

Yes, I know there are other threads, but none seem to address it satisfactorily.

As of 2/25, one of our servers stopped updating webalizer stats.

I've tried manually running the tally and still nada.

Webalizer appears to be functioning if I call it directly from root.

I need concrete thoughts on this or what to look for.
 
If it works running webalizer directly, but not through the tally, it's most likely something wrong inbetween the two.

Do DirectAdmin's error logs have any information after you run the tally? (For example, webalizer is in a different location than DirectAdmin expects)

You may also want to contact DA support, as it could be a bug...

What version of DirectAdmin are you running, what operating system, and what were the last changes made before the 25th?
 
I've sent support a email..see what he has to say. Nothing has changed on the server that I'm aware of and the logs show nothing.
