Webalyzer fail to read domain log

I own a DA server and have 2 resellers accounts with a hosting company. I use cron to run webalyzer and create custom stats for client / self. It works flawlessly on the local DA server and used to work on the reseller accounts. Late last year it stopped working on the DA reseller machines after a move to a DA machine with a fresh install. Last month the accounts on the DA reseller machine were mover to 2 brand new DA boxes.

The stats still do not work on the new DA boxes, even though the system admin has verified the path to /var/log/httpd/domains/domain.com.log & file permissions on the scripts for webalyzer. It appears that something has changed since last year that prevents webalyzer from reading the system httpd logs. Anyone have an idea what it might be?
