Webmail not working to some adresses

Hello,

I can sent everyone email and it will be deliverd, but when i'm sending a mail from the webmail to one custumer
.
I get the mail back.

I dont understand why its coming back from that email adres, but when i'm sending in outlook then it will be deliverd,

I don't either, because either they're not telling you why they're refusing your email, or you're not posting the relevant log files.

In the firewall Ive seen that the ip was blocked for that email adres.
Now its unblocked and know it works perfect.
