Webmail not working

Hello, I have recently installed directadmin. All the things are going good but when I added a user and created an email, outgoing and incoming both mails are not working. When adding the mail into outlook it's instantly showing me timeout message.

Then it's not only webmail not working, but e-mail not working.

Check if your datacenter allows incoming and outgoing traffic on port 25. There are several posts on this on the forum, also on how to check this.

if you have csf firewall, put it off and retry
