Website updating not shown in other browsers

Hello,

I have this issue that i nor my hosting company can solve.
Since yesterday i moved to a new hosting company which uses direct admin control panel.

Now i have this strange issue, that when i adjust my website in Google chrome, i only see the changes in chrome browser.
And when i do the changes in Firefox, i only see the changes in Firefox.
In both cases i dont see the changes on smartphone.

At first everything worked normally, but now when i change for example the h5 header to different front size, i dont see the changes anymore.

This all is so confusing and really no idea where to find it.

I did delete- and acitvate cache. Deleted browser history, did forced refresh and all that.

If someone can help it would be just really great.

It must be due to a caching on the server-side. If you need more detailed answer you'd need provide a domain name privately or in public here.
