Websites not loading when using IPv6

We're experiencing an issue with one of our DA servers where websites aren't loading when using IPv6. The following error appears:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Which of course makes no sense because the necessary files are in the correct directories and when using IPv4 all sites work perfectly fine.

We've tried removing the IPv6 address completely, which then causes SSL errors when still trying to visit any site.
So we added the IPv6 address again and set it up exactly the same as on another DA server that is working perfectly on IPv4 and v6.

The IPv6 address is linked to the IPv4 address (as is on the healthy server) and it's always worked perfectly fine until last week.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi,
Yes, we already had everything setup and working fine via IPv6 for years.
I did however just change the linking around as mentioned in your topic (Link IPv4 to IPv6 instead of the other way around). But no change in the outcome, I'm afraid.

Nevermind, changing the order of the linked IPs did eventually do the trick. I needed more patience.
