Solved Websites often cannot be accessed suddenly.

Did you use the correct method? Apache has a bit different content than the nGinx files as you can see.

I'm sure I followed the guide correctly, initially the logs didn't appear.

but since this afternoon until now, it has appeared again with a different IP.

I think it's more normal now than before...

but I have a problem with ConfigServer :

If I use opsshield.com, do I just turn ConfigServer off, or leave it on?

Often that can be fixed by restarting CSF via SSH with the csf -ra command.
Or logging out and in again.

You could try to enable the Wordpress Scan.
Go to DirectAdmin>Administrator Settings>Security Settings>Scan for WordPress attacks>enable "All Logs"
