Did you use the correct method? Apache has a bit different content than the nGinx files as you can see.I have tried this method, but the logs still appear in my DirectAdmin.

Often that can be fixed by restarting CSF via SSH with theSecurity Error: No valid session key

You could try to enable the Wordpress Scan.
Go to DirectAdmin>Administrator Settings>Security Settings>Scan for WordPress attacks>enable "All Logs"
