What does the total include on the pop3 accounts page?

From the control panel >> e-mail menu >> POP3 accounts....there are diskspace totals listed, exaclty what folders does that encompass? If I now understand this correctly, it only covers the Inbox? Also, if a limit is set (as opposed to unlimited) what does that limit? All folders? Inbox only? etc....

Thanks,
Denise

ok...so I thought I had this clear but now I am confused again (not hard to do...)

An example: In direct admin, I can see that a users total e-mail diskspace usage is 420Mb...but when I got to his pop3 accounts and add up the totals there it only comes to roughly 100Mb. However, if I use the file manager and go into their IMAP accounts I can see where the 420 is coming from. So the total usage pull data from both the IMAP and pop3 accounts....and I can see total for pop3...but is there somewhere users can look to get an idea of the total IMAP usage?

How can admins control the TOTAL amount of diskspace their users have if the limit amount function only limits the pop3 accounts?

Thanks again...Denise

I don't know if this has been resolved or not, but a couple of months ago I reported an issue where the Trash box and other folders that are not created by default by imapd are not counted in the tally. If that's whats happening here then any folders outside of the default wouldn't be counted. If that is the problem, then the only thing we can do is wait for it to be added to DirectAdmin, although I don't know specifically why it's not tallied...
