What is the best mail setup?

Hi. I am looking for a better mail system then what I running.

I currently am using mailscanner and spamassassin with clamav. I like it for the most part but it tags emails with content disarmed and spam. How do I make it work with my users whitelist and blacklist through directadmin.

I need something to work with directadmin where users will have access to control whitelists and blacklists as well as a global blacklist. I need it to be able to get rid of as much spam as possible and stop viruses.

Please let me know what you think the best choice for an email system is and I will check it out. Please include instructions to install it or a url.

Personally I use a barracuda, and have around a 99% catch rate there, very rarely does anything slip through !
