where is clamd config file?

i cant find it on /etc/ or /etc/clamd/

It's the /etc/clamd.d/scan.conf file
Also you can configure the /etc/freshclam.conf file for options.

At least for RHEL/Centos/Alma

Since the software is installed from OS repository, the customized config file will survive an update. Your changes will remain untouched by Directadmin/Custombuild.
