Where is directadmin support?

I've mailed them in Saturday but got no response. I want to buy a lifetime license. How can i reach them?

Also i want to ask this: I bought a dedicated derver. I'm just a user. Which license i had to buy? Is 89 dollar option, internal server license for me? Can i buy it? Or i had to buy 299 dollars licence?
 
Some hosting providers will give you a free license or one at a reduced cost. I got lucky with my hosting provider and didnt even know they did that before hand. I since sold all my licenses and now I can have directadmin for free.
 
Not only you cant contact with DA support at any mail, ticket or forum. I tryed since early december, use many emails, PM on forum, and dont get single response, even "WE DONT HELP YOU", just all billing, sales, support from DA is death. So we consider switching to other software that have more professional customer help.
 
I would suggest you to check your email log, spam folder, and settings, cause DA Staff did always replyed to me.

Also, just email is a valid way to contact them... ticket? Where did you send and how a ticket to them?

Have you used the email used on registration? Have you wrote in email you CID and LID?

Im not have to check spam folder or email log, cos i tryed to contact them from 3 independent emails, on 3 diferent servers including one free email provider. Also i know my configuration of exim and for sure DA Support shouldnt be deny.

No, yes and yes my problem is complicated and only DA workers can help me, or just answer few question ....
 
Well, i would suggest to use a gmail account but if you think you're server is ok at least check logs for relative log for @directadmin.com

Also, safesubmit (just for you knoledge) is not a ticket system ;) Just a way to contact them and be sure you're email got no marked as spam.

Regarding you're problem, well, up to you open a thread and try if someone of us can help, dont cost nothing ;)

Making thread for my problem is pointless cos only DA staff can help me (or not). I use also mail.com account i dont have gmail account, and i dont want to have it ;), and its quite funny that gmail account is "must have" to contact DA. I personnaly contact many supports and im support for my clients every week, and dont have such problems .... I only reply in this thread that tell that somthing is wrong, and its not only my problem.
 
Well, gmail was a guess cause in past many people was having your issue and was fault of their system and with gmail they workaround the issue.

I neither use gmail, but i know my system does work.

You cannot know if DA staff only can help you (or not), but ok, up to you.

We do reply to everything... if you didn't get a response within 24 hours, something likely went wrong somewhere (can't comment on where without more info)
As mentioned above, try sending from a different address.
If you want, you could provide the domain name that the mail was sent from, and I can check our mail logs to see if it came in, or was replied to, assuming the logs have not been rotated out yet (include a send date/time)

I tryed from octopus-system.pl, e500.pl, linuxmail.org, gmail.com. Even from new gmail account i do not get single response....

I see more topics with the same problem, Directadmins lack of response. It makes me feel a little bit worried inside. Maybe it is time for some (extra) support employees? Also the design of directadmin.com needs a redesign in my opinion. It feels like Directadmin doesn't have enough time to do it, can't be good....
 
I also see more topics with the same problem, but it's just a very very few related to the amount of customers of DA.
However I contacted support several times last months, and it was just once with a forum question I pointed support to, that I had to wait longer then 24 hours, but not even 48 hours.
In all other cases, support answered me without 24 hours, in most cases even withint 4-6 hours. So I don't think anybody should base their impression on 2 or 3 forum posts with that problem. Base it on practical experience.
And I've also seen a couple of answers from people in those threads, that they don't have issues contacting support (just like me).
 
Well i did contact them just 2 days ago, they replyed in 6hours (probably time zone difference), and this had continue till yesterday (on problem solution).

Our mail logs go back to Dec 23rd.

I found 1 email from our forums, sending to an email account on octopus-system.pl.
Nothing coming in on the octopus-system.pl domain.

I found no emails inbound or outbound at all for the e500.pl domain.

Many emails in and out for linuxmail.org and gmail.com.

Yeah, I agree with you.
The current design looks "cheap".
 
I don't really want to complain, but I've sent an e-mail Friday morning and still haven't got a reply back. I'm a bit worried as it is already afternoon MST. I've tried to contact them through the same Hotmail address I had all the DA support with. I've got an empty server waiting for a license change, and another server that is about to go overdue. Annoying, and really hoping for an answer soon...

But till now i did not get any response, and i loosing money, we just buy 3 licences of other software for our clients, and one for us (which cost more then DA license). If you like loosing money is OK for me, but when i lossing it it make me angry. DA is realy great software and we diddnt have problem with it since 2006 or 7 when we start to using it, but with such customers support and without any possibility to conatct with you we cannot make deal, so i lossing money and you...
