Where is directadmin support?

If mail from your domain isn't reaching their server then it's you who have to check your server logs, since their server logs show they're not seeing packets from you.

Not sure, about weather they are using it or not. But I'd suggest using a special software for handling support and billing requests. Something like a ticket system with ability to submit a request by authorized users and guests. I'd rather say it would help much and decrease number of such complains on the forums.

This...

A centralised site must be better for them (Mark & John) anyway, with tickets that can be re-opened and back referenced. Nothing will get lost.

@Zeiter: +1 for a ticket system.
I agree with you there. I never had problems with support. But a ticket system would be a lot better and more professional.

I agree. I've also had that experience recently. I'm getting ready to update 3 machines and that experience has given me pause. I'm already a red-headed-step-child for using DA, but my position is indefensible when I cannot get help in a crisis. The frequency of these experiences indicates the problem is more likely to be on the DA side. A ticket system would bring visibility and accountability, and eliminate any support requests from being classified as spam.
