Where is my domain?

Hi everyone,

I'm here in behalf of my dad, who is trying to build a website. He has a DirectAdmin account. Under domain it says "no data to show". He had a domain name there before, but deleted that one, because he made a mistake. The domain name that was visible before was "nederlandaanhetwerk.nl" (I don't know how he did this, I think he entered it while registering the webhosting account), while he has registered the domain name "mensenaanhetwerk.nl". Therefore he deleted "nederlandaanhetwerk.nl". Now he wants to use the domain "mensenaanhetwerk.nl". If I try to add it with "Add another domain" it says "cannot create that domain -Details - That domain already exists".

How can I get the "mensenaanhetwerk.nl" domain to be active domain?

Hello.

Probably your father did something wrong or something went wrong on the server. It looks like the domainname is already present on the server somewhere, at least if your father registered it at 21-03-2013.
In fact you should be asking for support at your hosting company.
I've just done a lookup and there are no A records present for that domainname, so it could be that something went wrong with DNS on the server, or something else.

You really should contact your hosting provider to have him look at this.
