where the files should i upload?

I should upload files in where ?I upload it in /domains/12gz.window-star.com/private_html.but my website still don't change.what should I do? Please tell me.and i don't know the phpmyadmin's password?

private_html is for the secure part of your site HTTPS://xxxx
public_html is for the public part of your site HTTP://xxxx

Your phpmyadmin password is your database password you setup when creating a new database for the site or the main "admin" password is in /usr/local/directadmin/conf/mysql.conf
