Where to upload files with FTP?

Try in your browser to actually call your site with either index.swf or index.xml after the trailing / character. If either of these works, then upload a new index.html file, to call the one that worked.

If neither worked, then ask your template provider how to call it.

I also would suggest your hosting provider to get some tutorials from DemoWolf if they haven't already, that way, it helps both you and them. We have a few and they're a godsend.
 
Something with nameservers..
I Didn't enter them at the server host site.

I have to wait 24 hours untill I know if this was the problem..

It must be?
 
Without your domain name to test everything else is just wishful guessing.

OK, with the domain you've sent me, I've just seen a flash site. So, for now it's wotking, I guess.
