WHMCS - Directadmin packages

Hello people,


i recently installed directadmin, and connected whmcs to it.
User creation works as a charm, but the package is unlimited everything.
So no correct packages are chosen when i add a user from whmcs, even though the package name is entered correctly.
WHMCS conects to a reseller account in directadmin.
when i pull the logs from whmcs i see :
So it is not receiving any information.
In module settings i cant get it to fetch the packages:


How can i resolve this?

When i visit

http://154.53.59.40:2222/CMD_API_PACKAGES_USER?

I get :

list[]=Enterprise&list[]=Large&list[]=Medium&list[]=small

So the lists are there, but whmcs cant see them

Username and password are correct. i even used acceshash and all worked fine

I just made an order,
i get everything right but no product..

I have check, my server.
1. Server is in server group?
2. After restore user in directadmin, did you recreate package?
My whmcs: Version: 8.5.1
My DA: 1.64.7

Recreated a package, and server is in server group..
Maybe delete all groups/servers and start over?

Are you using the correct port? It seems your WHMCS is configured to connect to DirectAdmin over port 1.

Port 1xxx is my port, is not ahyaalkasem

I think whmcs is old, because DA has update API.
Or service is connect fail

Port is 2222 that of directadmin, and my whmcs is 8.7 latest release, although now there is an update to 8.7.1
But it is a recent build
