how to see a file that is uploaded via another prog

Hey all ive just uploaded a 2,5 gig file via WinSCP.
Now i want to see it in the files section in DirectAdmin But it isnt showing there.
Who can i show the file over there?

Cause now noone can download the file cause it denies permission.

Make sure it belongs to user:user and has an accessible chmod (755 etc)

Does your OS support files over 2G? Some don't.
