How come you don't like Squirrelmail? (if you don't mind me asking)
Anyways, if you have SSH access, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to setup horde. I have never used it, but I suggest downloading it, and reading the documents. You should just have to download the archived file, extract it, and then edit the config files. That's the way squirrelmail works, so horde probably would to (but again, never used it so i really don't know). Just read the documentation and install file.

I dont like the squirrel panel and it is only in english It is skinnable but no access to the root

By default UebiMiau was the original webmail for DA because the earliest revisions of DA didn't have IMAP, and UebiMiau was the best POP3 webmail client.
Once DA added IMAP they could make other choices. I don't know why the DA staff decided on Squirrelmail for the webmail client rather than Horde; you might want to write them and ask them.
But inevitably it's up to your hosting company to decide which webmail clients to offer. Many of us offer Horde.
(Personally I like Open Webmail, but we all have our favorites.)
