A client has setup a subdomain on their site, blog.blah.com.
They are setting up Wordpress Mu. They need to get a wildcard setup for blog.blah.com. (*.blog.blah.com)
blog. is setup as a subdomain of blah.com.
There is no way to enter a custom record in the httpd.conf for that user in directadmin is there? It will try and create the wildcard for the primary domain (blah.com). Similarly i need this change to be persistant, so writing to the actual file is out of the question.
FYI: DNS is not handled by DA on our setup. We have "DNS Records" disabled for all users. If i enable this, and create a wildcard DNS entry there for the subdomain, then in our DNS Servers, then disable their access to DNS Management, should this work??
