www for subdomains are not working

Hello, I have some problems with subdomains, because I just saw that the new subdomains that I create are not working with www in front of them.

I have the latest version of DA, but I remember that in the past this subdomains (with www in front) were working good.

For example I have http://forum.dog.ro, which is working nice and http://www.forum.dog.ro, which is not working at all.

So I check the httpd.conf for the user, and at each subdomain have an alias like this:
ServerName www.forum.dog.ro
ServerAlias www.forum.dog.ro forum.dog.ro

Well I think it's ok here, but there are still problems.
Do you guys have some suggestions?

Check your DNS records.

you should have 2 records:

forum.dog.ro A (IP)
www.forum.dog.ro A (IP)

If 1 is missing you need to add it

This is more than likely a simple mistake with DA subdomains that can be fixed very easily by DA if it is actually a normal problem

I will check the problem in a moment and if it is with all subdomains will mention it to Mark.

www isn't added to submdomains, but it shouln't be too difficult to add for a future release.

yup I just need to be careful with housekeeping. There are a few places that might delete subdomains, so I have to make sure they all do it correctly.
