Solved Yahoo can't send emails to IPV6 domains

1. have just start using fix ipv6 officially this week and face some problems :
  • All yahoo emails that sent to our ipv6 domains don't reach the target.
  • All mails are disappeared without any warning from yahoo.
  • Using cloudflare dns
  • spf <v=spf1 a mx ip4:xxx.xxx.xxxx.28 ip6:xx02:xx00:x001:1xxc:0:0:0:9 ~all
  • All CF DNS contents values not using " symbole.
2. The first domain that I try with ipv6. After having yahoo problem, I changed it back to default ipv4, server ip. Anyway, sending email to gmail is failed with
"ipv6 is required for this ip.

Waiting abouit 1 hour, gmail is still failed with "ipv6 is required". Now, I have to set this domain to ipv6 as the customer needs gmail not yahoo.
3. There is no error log in paniclog.

Please advise how to solve this "receiving emails from Yahoo" issues when using ipv6.

PTR/rDNS record for IPv6-IP for the server is there? (ps: cannot speak for CF..)

Yes! all dns are copied from DA User

"v=spf1 a mx ip4:15x.xxx.xxx.2xx ip6:1xx1:2xx2:3xx3:4xxc:0:0:0:0 ip6:1xx1:2xx2:3xx3:4xxc:0:0:0:xxx1 ~all"

From my effort, if I set only 2 : First ipv4 & the Last ipv6 (..c:0:0:0:xxx1), gmail will not receive any email and send PTR error messages.
But when I insert the 2nd ipv6 (...c:0:0:0:0), gmail will work properly.

Anyway, both config can't receive any email from yahoo.

This is your SPF and not r/DNS like Johannes asked, adding your rDNS is normally done at your IP/Server provider

I can assure you that yahoo perfectly works with ipv6 inbound and outbound emails, there is something wrong with your setup.
If you dont want to show your domain send it by PM then we can advise you better

Thank You, I missed reverseip.xxx and after inserting it, I can delete of this ipv6 xxx.0.0.0.0 from spf.
Anyway, receiving emails from yahoo is till failed.

No why should you remove ipv6 from there? Your ipv4 is also in there, leave the ipv6 in there too.
As for the still failing, in can take some time to sync in DNS.
 
Sorry for writing too short and may make some some confusions.
The ipv6 xxx.0.0.0.0 it the starting of the /64 blog that I added at the beginning (2 ipv6). At the beginnig, without it I can't send email to Gmail. But when I add reverseip : ipv6 all gmail works propery, So, I tried to delete ipv6 xxx.0.0.0.0 and found I can send to gmail properly.

So,I deleted the ipv6 xxx.0.0.0.0.
The real main fix ip is ipv6 xxx.0.0.0.6 is in the CF dns.

In this case, I should use ipv6 xxx.0.0.0.0 too and assign it to admin or not?

I don't know. I'm not that deep into ipv6 yet. I only use 1 ipv6 together with my ipv4 for mail and websites.
I do -not- assign the ipv6 to admin, but I click on the ipv4 in the ip manager as admin and there I link the ipv6 to the ipv4 and this way it's used on the server and every account.
That ip is also the ip used for rDNS/PTR at my servers and is also used in the SPF record.
