My hosting provider gave me a /80 ipv6 to play with.
I have followed the steps explained here:
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=353 (ipv6 howto)
and here:
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=346 (multi ip setup).
My first question, after adding the ipv6 ip in DA it shows as a /64 with ifconfig. Is it ok if I delete the /64 adress in ifconfig and replace it with the /80?
Anyway, the server is ipv6 pingable on the new ip adres. But when I visit the website with ipv6 nothing happens, and after a long time it finds the ipv4 website.
All configuration looks good. I added the ipv6 adress as admin in DA, then assigned it to a reseller, and then to user. The user has added the ipv6 adress as a second ip to a domain (multi ip).
aaaa records are added to dns.
But still... no website on ipv6.
I checked with http://ipv6-test.com/validate.php (www.chelloo.com)
Where should I look to troubleshoot this some more?
