Cannot remove IP address from reseller

I assigned a dedicated IP address to a user so that I could use SSL with this user.

Since then I have deleted that user, and now want to add the IP address to a pool so that I can use it with several other users.

From the Admin user I went to IP Management, and I try and remove the IP address from the Reseller. I get the message

There are no details

If I try and delete the IP address I get the message

Cannot Execute Your Request
Details
92.48.87.3 is not set to 'free' or is still asigned to a reseller

The status of the IP address in the IP management is

IP 92.48.87.3
Status owned
Reseller admin
User selectan
Nameserver
Netmast 255.255.255.255

The user selectan does not exist. It has been deleted.
