Respond from DirectAdmin

Hello
I have send a ticket(#19271) to DirectAdmin support team from 5 days ago. but I have not received any respond for DirectAdmin and my licensees are suspended.

would you please help me what should I do?

Support team Is effective but slow and more for holidays like this weekend

Old license from yourself.

Or bought from someone else ?

or?

That ticket is sales/billing related. Was created on 8/29 (not 5 days). I'm sorry for the delay, but sales/billing tickets might take longer than tech ones :) I hope you get it replied very soon!

I have responded to your support team yesterday. But did not any feedback from your side. I have 30 licenses on the panel and now all of them are suspend.
The last license that i had bought form panel was about 2 years ago(2017). As you know I should have responsibility to my clients.

I am looking forward to getting your input on this issue.

Delay answer from direct admin

Hello,
I have several panels from OVH and Hetzner data center since 2016 and panel from Direct admin with lots of user. But from 3 weeks ago Direct admin suspended my panel with a fake reason(they say "you sold licenses to other clients" while it is not true and all the users are my clients) and i have sent several ticket to them since 3 weeks ago but i have not receive any respond from direct admin team.
would you please help me what should I do? or how can I access to direct admin support team?

It seems you sell licenses from your site, and it violates DirectAdmin rules, so that's the root cause of the issue I believe.
