Not able to create database

I am using a very limited package of DirectAdmin (100MB) . I was able to create a mysql database in that. Today I was about to create another database, but the create button is disabled for me. Then I just deleted my first database, eventhough not able to create another one . So provide me a valid solution please .

You may be limited to one database. You should ask your host for more.

Thank you. But I don't have any database existing in my account right now. I have already deleted the one. Even I am not able to access the phpmyadmin with my login credentials.

If you are not the admin then you are still going to have to get your host involved.
