Note, selecting 'perl-modules-5.34' instead of 'perl-modules'
Package python is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
python2-minimal python2 dh-python 2to3 python-is-python3

E: Package 'python' has no installation candidate

This was the error while I was running the Direct admin install command from

Can you please help me? Thank you so much in advance
I have been trying the whole day and have not been able to find any solution

Which command do you mean exactly? The setup.sh command from DA itself or the command for the pre-installation packages?

If it's the pre-installation packages, try installing the packages suggested in the notice with apt-get or yum, depending on your distro.

The both command for pre installation/required packages and setup.sh gives me error: E: Package 'python' has no installation candidate

I have installed ubuntu 22.0 LTS base

it's not supported yet, wait at least till July till 22.04.1 release

Would you mind creating a ticket for it? I'd take the ticket to assist you installing DA on Ubuntu 22.04 :) If your license has no support included - feel free to PM me about it.
