Administrator Setting error save :Requested filesize (810) exceeds the maxfilesize value (100)

After update Max Request/Upload Size (bytes) from 100 B to high level and press save button show this error:
Requested filesize (810) exceeds the maxfilesize value (100)
in the log viewer not show any log and after Show log button view this error : Cannot find first space after where GET or POST should be

Usually it at leas 8M (MegaBytes), but I increase it to 32M by default.

After run ./setup.sh wizard and revert to stable DA update version from 1.644 to 1.643 this function is fixed and change to 32M.
