So, I believe I have the same issue reported here (or, at least, a similar one).

I had the Trial License, and created a new user, along with the "admin" user.
After I activated my License (Personal), I'm not able to do some actions on the DirectAdmin panel.

I don't mind having just one user. But I'm not able to "move things" between one user (the new user I've created) and another (the "admin" user, that's the one I want to remain).

Can somebody help me with this? (I'm asking it here because the Personal License doesn't have access to the Ticket Support).

I have a same problem..
I get the information: 2 of 1 accounts currently exist
I have only one license for one domain ..
There is also a problem as I cannot save anything to the FTP server or edit / overwrite any file.
Can you please support me? :)

but i think there is a problem with writing at all, because I get a message from FTP: 552 Disk full.
In directadmin I do not see that there is not enough space. Now there is also a problem with saving SSL settings.

I have the same problem I have only one administrator and 2 users and I always get the message that there are more than one admin
