Hi All, Problem One, I uploaded my website with Terapin but when I clicked on the link to my website it said " Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.12thashtonscouts.co.uk Port 80"

I thought maybe I had done something wrong so I removed the website info from Escouts but I am still getting the same FORBIDDEN ERROR message.

Problem Two. This is more of a Question, On direct Admin in file manager should the be a folder called PUBLIC_HTML, because there isnt one in my file manager.

Any help would be much appreciated as im at a loss as to how to solve the problems

Regards, Scoutman

Yes, there should be a public_html directory. It should be located in /home/yourusername/domains/example.com/public_html unless your hosting provider has changed the default configuration.

Eitherway you will need to contact them, either to find new path information or have them set the correct permissions on the public_html directory.
