ACME SSL AUTOMATIC CERTIFICATE ERROR

Hello, I´m trying to get an automatic certificate from ACME Provider, so my website displays HTTPS but keep delivering this error, can someone help me telling me how to solve it?

You have to check records. Because the ip address does not match your domain name for some reason.
If you are a hosting customer, then you are on the wrong place for asking support. You have to contact your host for support as these forums are only for support to directadmin lincense holders (admins and resellers).
It seems your hoster is x10hosting, so contact them for help please.
