I have started adding some domains for my personal use from the ADMIN mode.
However DA is assigning them the first IP of my pool, in other words "the server IP". Is it possible to use any of the other IPs of my pool or do I need to create the domains from a reseller account?

I don't think you can assign ip addresses on a domain level basis yet, only on a user account basis. It is possible by manually editing the virtualhost entries in the httpd.conf and change it to ip based instead of namebased (there is a link in the administration page) but I'm not sure if DA could manage that ip address properly if you did that. And I'm also not sure on what/if any other consequences it might cause.

BTW could I install a ssl certificate in such server IP ? or should I create a reseller account ?

I have the impression that it is better if I create a reseller account for my personal use and create my personal/private domains inside it....

You can only install an ssl cert on a site with a dedicated IP#.

That's what we do.
