Admin Backup does not work

Hi

Since one month ago I have problem with Admin Backup/Transfer.
I schedule 3 jobs to run backup and transfer to ftp server but It doesn't work.
However, when I click on "run now" on each of tasks, It works without any problems.

so check is crond running, also grep cron log to check - were jobs running?

other users use cron so I think it's running
how can I check cron log ? It's on /var/log/cron ?
If it's correct, there is nothing!!

so check again your cron job, or screen it - i will check, maybe there misprint or wrong time/date

the best way would be to open the task in directadmin and try and save it again
