I've got dozens of DirectAdmin servers all working well, but one in particular doesn't backup the file under domains in a users directory. It does mail and dbs, but not the actuall website.

What script is responsible for the Admin-Level backup?

I've md5sum'd the directadmin binaries and they seem to be the same across all of the boxes.

I've run the set permissions script, but still I am getting this problem.

I've been OK so far, but I need to get this sorted, as it's only a matter of time until I need to run a restore.
(I'm kinda covered as all my machines are VPSs and I take "baremetal" backups as well as DA backups).

Anything else to look out for that I haven't though of?

Check the message you should be getting when the backup is completed; are you getting any error(s)?

Make sure you've got enough space in your /home/tmp directory; you should have at least twice as much space in /home/tmp as you use in the /home/USERNAME directory on your system.
