Admin Backup/Transfer - users NOT showing

Hello..

I have 4-5 users that do not show up in the backup list ("Create Backup" section > "Selected Users").

These users are regular users with active healthy/working domains.


I tried this http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=118 but it is still not working.

I also tried to run "/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/fix_da_user.sh" for a user. Still nothing.

Could you please help? Any ideas?

Update: I've managed to take the backups on "User Level" (but it is strange the users are not visible in "Admin Level").
