Admin backups and client side backups problems

Hello,
I manage various servers with Directadmin, I'm having a problem with one of them:
when I run a backup form the client side or from the admin-backups it doesn't do the backup completely, it only backups the configurations of the user, the mail data, Mysql, logs but not the other folders in the root and the other like public_html and private_html.
System backup works correctly.

Any Ideas?

Centos 6.1
DirectAdmin 1.59.1

As I log in DA from admin as user I get:

login.log:

it's a 50Mb size site and the backup is only 42,5K...

Set manually a task in Directadmin to backup the user and run
Code:
/usr/local/directadmin/dataskq d2000 >/root/out.txt 2>&1
and then check /root/out.txt for possible clues.

Connect to DirectAdmin and go to a backup page either at User, Reseller and Admin level. Initiate the user backuping process and instead of waiting when a crontask will start a process of backuping you should start it yourself as mentioned in the post #6

I don't see anything wrong at this point. You might need to open a ticket with DirectAdmin support for further assistance.

Ok, it's fixed.
Thanks

This is in your directadmin.conf:
skip_domains_in_backups=1

I've disabled that:
[root@server directadmin]# ./directadmin set skip_domains_in_backups 0
skip_domains_in_backups=0
