Is an admin level backup/transfer for a user the complete and total content archive for that user including database, DNS, email contents, ftp accounts, etc.? If I were to do an admin backup on one server and restore it on another, is there anything else that remains behind to be copied over?

The admin level backup you mention contains all users data, it does not contain server settings though.

Yeah, I've seen that one. I got a little confused/worried because I was also reading about the move_domain.sh script for user to user moves, and that one said something about not touching database files.
