Always Get "This site can’t be reached."

I always get the same error." this site can't be reached " on the customers' website. For ex:- https://fsf-ghana.org/

and what you see in website logs? from my side website don't work too.

i can reach your site, maybe your ip is blocked in your firewall, if you want be sure disable your firewall or use other ip adress with vpn, go to your website if you can reach than than you now the problem, how you can solved i dont know, but i want also know than how .
