AOL has blacklisted me on one of there servers. I get this error.
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data:
host mailin-04.mx.aol.com [205.188.159.217]: 421-:
(DYN:T1) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/421dynt1.html
421 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE
Looking at Dnsstuff.com my server IP is completely clean there. I imagine some email coming from one of my users was reported as junk mail by an AOL user. Could be I have a user infected with a virus or something. So 2 days ago now I submited a feedback loop request on the IP of my email server. Supposed to forward a copy of complaints to me. Have heard nothing back. Try to check status on my feedback loop many times since then which is supposed to send an automated email back. No response. Emailed [email protected] yesterday no response. Still blocked though.
Is there an easy way to tell Exim to use a different IP for outgoing email?
What now?
Matthew
