Apache Error Log Rotations?

Previously, log rotation would keep error logs for individual domains. However, I've just noticed this morning that 9 hours ago all of my error logs for individual domains across multiple servers were all wiped. There are no rotated logs either. Eg: domain.com.error.log exists for each domain, and that's it.

Anyone else noticed this?

Webserver logs are rotated by DirectAdmin, and rotated logs are placed under /home/USER/domains/DOMAIN/logs/
Do you find rotated logs there?
