Assign IP to the domain - Need help

Have to IP address in my VPS (control panel DirectAdmin)

first IP - ***.**.**.*1
sec. IP - ***.**.**.*2

First IP "Status" - server
Second IP "Status" - free

Have one Administrator - ADMIN
and 3 users (Creator- ADMIN)


Need to assign to the second IP (free one) to one of my domains (2nd USer creator Admin)

P.s. In "IP Management" section i view both IP addresses, second IP (which i need to assign to my domain) Status is free, no User and no Reseller

checK http://reseller.site-helper.com/ip.html, but it doesn't help

You have to assign the free ip to the reseller so that the user under that reseller can use it.
