bandwidth meter not working

i find out that 1 of my user bandwidth show 0.

may i know how to fix this problem

Is that user's account working?
Is domain delegated and has correct NS records?

Where do you see 0? This may sound harsh, but, again, without details, we can't exactly help much.

What happens if you:

cd /usr/local/directadmin
echo "action=tally&value=[b]username[/b]&type=user" >> data/task.queue
./dataskq d800

change username to the actual user.
