Now you should care of a protection against malware being uploaded again. For the purposes you might want to use:

either this http://configserver.com/cp/cxs.html (commercial software)
or modsecurity+maldet+clamav (free)


In the future I'll buy the commercial version but first I'll try to install en test Mod+mal+Clam

But maldet is alreadu installed.
Can someone help me good with install modsecurity+clamav and configure modsecurity in a good way.?

Your problem is probably caused by an outdated Joomla/anything.

Okay.
So far as i can see its possible.
Some clients are running outdated versions of joomla.
