cannot restore

When checking by "dataskq d2000", the restoration process stuck after this

dumping the contents of the merged passwd file, after writing: /etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd

No file has been decompressed yet.

Any idea?

Hello,

Not too sure what might be wrong here, but does the file exist in your backupped copy of an account? Does it affect all accounts/domains? Or a specific one? Probably you could try "dataskq d8000" or greater.
