Can't enable Git, etc. in User Packages

Pretty much what the title says. When I go to edit a User Package, there are a few boxes that will not stay checked no matter how many times I check them and hit Save. The ones not working are Git, Wordpress, ClamAV, and Redis. No idea where to start troubleshooting this.

Does the reseller have these privileges?

The user is directly under me as the admin, not a reseller.

Running Direct Admin standard, version 1.654

Check if you (admin) has permission to use git.
I have seen (but this was when it release so it might be fixed by now) that admin did not get this permission and thus cannot give a user this permission.

Resolved it users > admin, ticked the box - moment of stupidity I think
